  • We've lived in the The Drapery for over 6 years and couldn't be happier. We love the location with the easy access to the city and local restaurants. The resort-style rooftop is the perfect place to chill.
  • Avoid Drapery Residencies at all costs. This place is an absolute stain on the renting community and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. We moved in to find the apartment infested with carpet moths. One year, dozens of emails, messages, and photos later, nothing was done. No pest treatment, no compensation, no care. The apartment is not liveable and a health hazard. The central air conditioning is another nightmare. It’s riddled with mould. Every time we turned it on, we were blasted with mouldy air and I got seriously sick. There’s nothing safe or “premium” about these units. You’re paying top…
  • We recently settled into Drapery Apartments as a family of four. Taylor the manager was helpful and explained everything. We love the location and there are heaps of cafes, wine bars, pubs, restaurants and supermarkets super close. The facilities are outstanding and impeccably maintained. We’re thrilled to call this place home!
  • I've owned an apartment at the Drapery for 3 years now and can confidently say it’s an incredible place to live. The building itself is beautifully designed and well-maintained, with quality amenities that really elevate day-to-day living. One of the things I enjoy most is the diverse and vibrant community — there's always a great mix of people here, which brings real energy and character to the place. The location is also fantastic, with everything you need close by. Overall, the Drapery offers a lifestyle that's hard to beat. Highly recommended!

  • As an owner occupier in this building for 3 years my partner and I have been very happy with our choice to buy in The Drapery. The building is in a great location, just 10 minutes from the city by bus, and 3 minutes when the Woolloongabba Cross River Rail station opens later this year. The neighbourhood is growing with new residential developments and new businesses opening. The Drapery itself, now aging into its 10th year, is a well appointed building with some good facilities such as EV charging, a lovely pool and "residents club" that includes a gym, theatre, and dining room. The body…
  • I am very disappointed with the way I was treated by management at 62 Logan Road, particularly by The Manager Leandi. When I went to the office to resolve an issue with a storage cage, I was polite and even offered to pay an outstanding balance that was not in my name. Instead of being treated respectfully, I was told by Leandi that I could not be trusted simply because I knew the previous tenant and was therefore considered “the same person.” I asked her several times if what she was saying was even legal, but instead of clarifying, she became hostile and even threatened that the storage…
  • Multiple car break ins, constant false fire alarms. Taylor the building manager is nice but the other lady has poor people skills and seems bothered to find solutions to any simple problems or requests. Body corporate are terrible and highly discriminative. This building is really a stain on the great reputation of the aria brand
  • We've not long moved into the Drapery Apartments as a family of four. Our experience has been nothing short of amazing. Taylor (the Manager) is approachable, helpful and makes you feel welcomed. We've spoken to a few tenants already and all have been friendly and kind. Location wise, the apartment building is great - so many amazing cafes, wine bars and supermarkets nearby. The facilities are brilliant and well looked after. We are incredibly happy here.
