This has been the WORST HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE I have ever witnessed. My lolo was admitted to this hospital for a week and the complete incompetence shown by all staff was something to behold. The doctors and nurses didn’t seem to have any ounce of interest in to what they were actually doing. On top of that, charging us for treatments he never even received! After we transferred him to another hospital he looked and felt noticeably better, which isn’t a surprise. Avoid this place at all costs if you care about your loved ones.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My lolo was admitted to Mercy Hospital in Iligan City on July 3, 2025, and stayed for over a week with no signs of improvement. The entire experience was a nightmare. From the beginning, it was clear that this hospital prioritizes payment over patient care. They ran multiple tests but never provided timely results — I had to constantly follow up and nag staff just to get basic updates. WORST HOSPITAL EVER. My aunt could have been saved if only the staff had shown a fraction of compassion. This hospital, named Mercy, ironically offers none. Early that morning, my aunt desperately needed a blood transfusion. My uncle rushed to the nurse's station, pleading for immediate help, only to be told that the blood would come. We went to the ER because I was having a severe allergic reaction, but when I came in it took over 5 minutes for the nurse in the front who was looking at me to ask me what my issue was, and then they said that a doctor was busy and they had no idea how long it would be for me to be seen. It’s not the doctors fault or the nurses fault that they were busy, but it felt like there was no urgency or care about my allergic reaction. We winded up leaving to go to a different ER.

The WORST hospital. Left my Tito in a state of emergency. No doctor for 12+ hours. Nurses are rude and doctors do not care. My Tito came in and was not helped for HOURS. He could have died. Worst care and heartless. I called the hospital MULTIPLE times and NO answer. What kind of healthcare is this.

This has been our family go-to hospital since i was a kid. For that, i see a lot of improvements in their facility and services. As of the writing, the room my mom is staying in is as usual spacious and cleaned daily. Alley ways and CRs are clean too. Nurses and other personnel are polite and are very accommodating. What I like most this time is when a dietician visited our room, asked my mom how were the rations, if she has had issues regarding the food. Prior to that, my mom is already getting halal kinds of food but the visit made us request for a no-vinegar viand for a specific reason.…

I have paid 6000 pesos for my complete blood profile. I have no question about it. But when i want a copy of the result. The laboratory personnel asked 3 pesos for every copy of the result. ( 9 pesos for 3 copies). Hahaha. I know the administration Of MCH did not know about it since when I get another copies of the result the next day. It was given to me for free. Overall services are excellent.
