First impressions are important to prospective future tenants. While I’m not a tenant , the following occurrence helped make my decision to not consider this place. I entered the office to obtain rental information. There were 3 other people present and a women behind the counter. A tenant entered asking about a parking spot assignment. The employee told him she was by herself and would not be able to take care of the request at that time. The tenant then stated he requested it 3 days ago. The employee told the tenant that she informed him the other day she would contact him when she had the…
The New Manager - Rhonda and the New Assistant Manager- KeKe really care about the residents and are extremely professional.
My experience here at Seleno has been a Wonderful one.. The staff demonstrated professional an quality not to mention a great attitude. We really love living here, and meeting great neighbors.. The managers Stephanie & Keke are simply the best they always pleasant and willing to help you in Any way they can. The Best Place to Live.
I love the amount of space in the units. The cleanliness of the buildings and upkeep of the grounds is appreciated. I am concerned about the security gates being inoperable frequently. Addressing the large cracks in the floors along hallways. We need at the minimum of yearly town hall meetings. Promptness of maintenance staff response to issues is also a major plus and appreciated. Communication with the office has improved significantly.

What a great experience I had with the move in for a family member. Stephanie wears many hats. I felt like I knew her before we even did the move in and when I met her in person it was the same. She was so pleasant and helpful. She went above and beyond. Will recommend to those that I know. It is well taken care of and with workers like Stephanie they will have a pleasant experience.
Stephanie Straw, Dominium Community Property Manager; of the Seleno Apartments at Harris Road is a remarkable person! She communicates effectively with astute attention to detail. I cannot recommend any higher recognition for her as she has the ability to multitask and complete transactions with perfection. Absolutely courteous and proficient!!! The world would benefit from her skill - 🙏 if only she could be cloned.
I love it here, since the new manager Stephanie Straw started things have been so much better. She has a beautiful soul and a beautiful spirit. She has been changing things here for the good and I’m so happy she is here, she has really done a wonderful job here and really enjoy being here. I will continue to sign my lease as long as she here.
I moved in to Mariposa at Harris Road November 2023. There are many things that led me to only give 2 stars. First, the laundry didn’t work from what I was told it was because of an account that was not yet set up. Now, there are only 3/5 washers and 2/6 dryers working. That was reported to the office last week and when I asked the property manager about them today she pulled up the request to still be initiated starting the request today. Another ongoing area of concern is the gates. Initially we had trouble getting them to open when they should and now stay open when they shouldn’t. This is…
