We came to this hotel as a group, and our stay—including all our meeting sessions—was very comfortable. One thing we noticed was that the elevators are quite slow. It might be helpful if one or two could be designated as express lifts to better manage traffic by floor levels. At times, the wait can be around five minutes, which can be inconvenient when rushing to a meeting. Overall, however, we really liked the hotel and enjoyed our stay.
👍 well-maintained property with clean and comfortable designed rooms. The facilities are good — especially the swimming pool area, which is large, well-kept, and great for relaxing. Must visit The Wave! 🌊 it’s a highlight! overall atmosphere feels calm and family-friendly. There were tour groups but it was managed well - tour groups had a separate area for breakfast. 🍳 smart choice! The location is convenient if you prefer a quieter area away from the busy beach road, but still within easy reach of shops and local restaurants. Parking is easy, and the staff are generally helpful and…
my new experience staying at the Center Point Premier Hotel. There is a water park and a playground. Everything is very impressive except for the bathroom which is too small. It should be possible to make a better bathroom. The walkway from the elevator to the bedroom is dark and there is no light. my son says it's scary because the light is not very bright. If you think about it... Everything was done very well except for the bathroom and the corridor from the elevator to the bedroom. It seems like the hotel should improve the lighting in the hallways to make them brighter.
All kids love this place. Breakfast overall okay. A lot people but management good. The system to use lift need to be improve. A lot people don't know how to use the lift by keycard. You need to slot keycards in (correct side) and pull out and press the button which level you stay and many guess just travel the lift without keycards. They need to just go the lobby floor or parking floor swimming floor to wait for other guess to pick up. Overall okay. Just travel by the lift troublesome.

Hotel descriptions mentioned in websites are spacious and well ventilated. But in real hotel rooms were so cramped up and sooo small, balconies doesnt have enough space to even stand because half of it was getting covered by AC outlet. AC cooling was not at all good..when raised complaint, we have been told we need to wait 1 hour to get room cooled. Also coming to food options, not even one vegetarian item was there..if some vegetarian has come they have to rely only on fruits and vegetables..most of the hotels do provide omlet options but here even eggs are just half boiled we cannot ask for…
I think the design team’s mandate for this hotel must have been, “Let’s use the least amount of intelligence possible for this project.” Arrival and Check-In Chaos The arrival and departure area for cars is complete mayhem. Traffic gets backed up easily, and I genuinely feel bad for the front desk staff because it turns into a zoo whenever multiple groups arrive or leave at the same time. Elevator Nightmare For the number of guests staying at the hotel, having only three main elevators is ridiculous. You waste so much time just waiting, and once you finally get on, it stops at nearly every…
Great hotel next to a random Kia dealership and not much else. While this hotel does get its share of busloads full of bus-tours, if you time your entrances and exits to avoid the crowds it's very elegant, clean and professional and really cute manta ray / shark mascot toys everywhere. Seems like a great hotel if you have kids, as there is a nearby water park with waterslides etc. Very good value for money, I had a balcony room on a high floor and felt like I was on top of the world. Center Point is a great hotel if you want to step back from the craziness of Pattaya for a few days or if…
Hello, we stayed for 14 days in the Hotel. It was awesome! The Pool and The Wave were the best for our children. We switched from the Pool to the Wave or back without any issues. Also we got towels for free during the Time at the Pool or Wave. The breakfast buffet was delicious. It got a lot of food. Daily different fresh noodle soup was awesome. I used eggs to add for my soups. We got two rooms with a connection door. The Room is big. The beds were also big and the mattress were also very hard. I love hard mattress! The cleaning was ok imo. Well the Hotel Rates with 5 Stars. If you don’t tip…
