I’ve rented with Prime Storage for over a year and have been very satisfied. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful whenever I have questions.
If I could give this location zero stars for the unsafe environment, how unclean it is and the way I was treated in the year or two I rented there I would . Not to mention I was over paying for my 5x10 unit and was charged an entire month regardless of the fact that I moved out the day before rent being due. I called in and let them know the day to follow and they have continued to bill my account continuously and threatened to send my account to collections, YET have homeless individuals living inside units and whom hang out by the dozen on the outside, smoking , drinking and living in their…
Loyola is excellent! Love this location. Always clean and she is very professional. This is one of the cleanest storage.
Just after i moved in about a month ago they have an audacity to send me an e mail stating the rent will increase from $165 to $183 . This is nothing but scam.. I am looking for another storage already . God knows how much will it be next month. It is not ethical at all and they are just predatory here. Don't move in you will end up the same as i am. Trick is to move you in; in a better price than raise it to maximum. I am very disappointed.. Homeless people are all around seems like they live in the building.. I’ve had an excellent experience with the team at Prime Storage. The staff Latoya and Jan are professional, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I need. They make the whole process easy, from move-in to day-to-day access, and they always greet you with a positive attitude. The facility is clean, secure, and well-run, and you can tell the team truly cares about keeping everything organized and safe. Highly recommend great service and great people.
Latoya was very helpful. She made the process easy and quick. I put in an online booking request and she called me when the office reopened after the long weekend. She took me on a tour and explained the differences between the two sizes I was considering. She explained how to access my unit and what to expect when arriving the first day also told me if the on-site office is closed there is a remote office that can be reached after hours if I need any additional assistance. From the time I arrived until check out with my new unit was under 20 minutes, quick and painless.
Stay far, far away from this storage place! There are always people hanging around or even sleeping outside the entrance door, and it feels completely unsafe. Every time you go to enter your code, someone can easily walk in right behind you . It’s a serious security issue that management clearly ignores. On top of that, they CONSTANTLY raise the monthly payment every 2–3 months! I thought this was a good storage place.. It seemed decent and close by. All the signage says open till 10pm even the garage door sign... Now I'm locked inside after moving in and now I'm being told the sign above the door applies to a door you can use but not the main garage which they close at 6pm when we they the office.. although they have a sign above the main garage entrance saying open till 10pm.... And now the bathroom is overflowing into the hallway in front of bothevators... this is a lot of signs for God to give for one storage location in a week or two... We were finally released…
