I’ve been living at 900 Winston with my uncle for a while now, and I can honestly say this is one of the best apartment communities we’ve ever called home. The entire staff here truly goes above and beyond for residents from management to maintenance, everyone works hard to keep the community safe, clean, and welcoming. Ms. Trishawna has had such a positive impact since we moved in. She genuinely cares about the residents and always makes sure everyone feels supported. It was such a great pleasure working with the Management Team at 900 Winston Apartments. They were very helpful throughout the entire process. I was very impress with the one-on- one assistance provided. Management was very prompt upon returning emails & phone calls and very clear upon questions and answers provided. I would like to give thanks to both Managers and I’m very appreciative having the ability to work closely with Jazmine. My mom has been a resident since the apartments opened and we’ve seen 3 or 4 managers come and go. This manager truly stands out and has done a a great job getting things in order - we had a issue with the ac unit since move-in and Miss Tee is the only one who truly listened to our concerns and fixed the root of the issue. Thank you for all you do!

The Manager should have been here since the opening. The floors are cleaner. She walks the floors everyday checking the trash chutes. The trash chutes are cleaned daily. The office Is more organized. We are able to park in the garage without having to find a parking spot. We truly love the new manager Trayshona. She is professional, and ensures our work orders are completed correct.
Went to these apartments to take tour not only did this manager was rude but these apartments are dirty trash outside everywhere the elevators are dirty inside and halls are nasty carpets look like they haven’t been vacuumed in months halls smell bad due to a trash shoot not being cleaned there’s roaches running on walls and not to mention that theses new apartments since 2021 what’s really going on here this crazy I will not be paying for anything like this someone should call health department on the management company for how their resident have to live under these conditions
Residents let their dogs poop all over the place, including neighboring properties, and don’t clean it up. They leave it there for you and your kids to step in. Totally disgusting and management does not care at all. Management is actually just as disgusting as the dog owners.
900 Winston is a great place to live. I love the spacious floor plan that I have and the hallway is always clean and welcoming as guests arrive to visit. I am not bothered by noise and I think the insulation on the walls keeps my unit quiet. My utility bills are affordable and I think this must be due to high efficiency equipment. Management and maintenance respond in a timely manner. I'm so happy at 900 Winston.
