I just left the store and had an amazing experience with Josh. I needed to find a new vape brand because my normal choice is not available in Colorado. He was very personable and was well educated about all my options he had available. He did NOT try to push me into the higher priced brands like most businesses do. We had a wonderful conversation throughout the process. At checkout he offered various forms of payment and even offered a bag for my small purchase. They genuinely care about their customers! Communication among staff and stores is phenomenal I would definitely recommend! Josh who worked the morning shift 9-14 was outstanding! I bought a defective vape last night around close and once I tried it and drove back they were closed. I was worried I’d be out the money, but they were super understanding and Josh went out of his way to call the springs location to ask about the exchange so I wouldn’t have to drive an hour back out to Pueblo! We were passing through and stopped at this shop. The selection and prices were everything I look for in a head shop. I bought a nice little water piece for the dab rig for around $50. The owner was there and was on the level.

Came at the shop for the first time, had a great experience with Josh and the female employee working with him.. they were so helpful with me finding the products I wanted and explain to me everything I asked.. Josh was very helpful, he went above and beyond. I picked out a shirt and the price rang up for less he called his boss to try to get the correct price. They couldn't figure it out but he gave it to me for what it rang up for. It was totally worth the price on the tag. Made my day! I will be returning, the store had some really awesome things throughout. Definitely a cool place for psychedelic gifts and more.
