Property Has So Many Rules Like Your Living In A Hotel . Random Inspections 2-3 times a month . READ LEASE FULLY LOT OF RESTRICTIONS SUCH AS NO BURNING CANDLES. Property manager Melody Is Nasty And Rude As She Stay On Property And Harasses Tenants After Office Hours. Don’t even try to go to regional manager or Wrh For Issues Because They Are No Help. Because This Is Low Income They Treat You Less Than. I Warn Everyone I Can About My Terrible Experience. Once Least Up Will Make Detailed Post Including Pictures . Have been living here over a year. Love it here seriously have no complaints. Tai, Melody, and Jessica are amazing super kind and accommodating. If you are looking for a place to call home, Lofts is a great start!!!
Jessica and Tai are very professional, have pleasant attitudes, and are uplifting, always keeping the focus on the customer! Thank you for keeping me smiling and taking the pressure off of being nervous because I moved to a new town you make me feel so comfortable welcome.
ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES STAY AWAY I’ve tried to be patient, but living here has been a nightmare. The office staff is completely unresponsive and unprofessional. I’m a very clean tenant, yet I constantly see roaches in my apartment. They never come to spray or do proper pest control, no matter how many times I report it. On top of that, there’s been a leak in my son’s closet for weeks, and maintenance still hasn’t fixed it. They left a fan in his room by the closet and just walked away — now the entire room smells like mildew and mold. It’s unacceptable and not safe for anyone, especially…

I lived here with my mom & brother. Me & my brother is under 18. People that work here will just unlock your apartment and walk in your house without even texting or calling you.example that happened.i walked out my moms room after taking a shower and i seen a worker in the house.nobody let him in at all not even my brother.not to mention I wake up and see a disrespectful roach on my tv and my dresser! EVEN when I walk out my room there one waiting to feast on me.PLUS when I have to take the dishes out the dish washer there’s a big ole roach sitting there WITH no food in there.these roaches…
This place is a joke. The manager Melody think she own the place and is above everyone else that lives there. she talks down and hard to people that has questions or any complaints like she’s somebody, mom or boss. I thought affordable housing falls up Under the fair Housing act but nothing is fair. My daughter Car was towed for no plates, but the property manager has a car on the lot with no plates we Have contacted an attorney and Melody is the reason everyone is moving out or avoiding the place

We love living at the Lofts at San Marco East. The staff is very helpful & maintenance service is prompt. The property is well maintained & secure. Our apartment is spacious & very quiet. We enjoy the community events & meeting our neighbors. Our apartment is an ADA wheelchair accessible 2 bed 2 bath unit.
