The community is very stuffy and complains about every little thing. The people who run the board seem so bored and miserable that they keep passing more and more restrictive rules. There are cameras in the gym and all over the property, not for safety, but for management to surveil residents. The front desk staff seem to be under strict rules, just like the residents. Something as simple as holding a package at the front desk and giving it to someone stopping by to pick it up is not allowed. Residents pay thousands in HOA fees, but it won’t be enough if a hurricane hits, they will ask for…
My 1 star is for the employees. They suck they are not nice they are judgemental and single residents out. If you want to have visitors get ready to be not liked and trouble for your visitors and please to not have workers come to fix something in your place or clean /babysit. They need to people at the desk so sad. Also it is described better than it is.

Bayso Condominiums will be a welcome addition to downtown Sarasota. Scheduled to be complete in late 2023/ early 2024, its a high quality build with high value for city views. Completely equipped with all the latest building amenities...Modern neutral decor, dog friendly, and dog park, work spaces, under building garage parking and much more. Walk to the new BAY community park or to downtown. It will be less than 3 miles from Lido Beach at its "built" location which is on Tamiami Trail at the intersection of Fruitville and Tamiami.
My buyers are very excited to move into Bayso when it’s finished. The process has been excellent
