The coffee is really good- my favourite is the ice drip! The tiramisu is also delicious with a strong fruity coffee flavour that distinguishes it from other tiramisus!

Must try the speciality drip coffees. Got the columbia seasonal leeches handdrip. Quite good.

The cafe locates on the ground floor, the lobby of the hotel. I visited in the afternoon on a weekday. Probably due to the summer holiday, there were many customers inside. With quite a lot of seats provided inside, the environment was a little bit crowded. Service was efficient and prices were acceptable. I ordered an iced oat latte and it was good.

The shop has policy of one order per one customer for dine in which is understandable. My wife just wanted to have coffee while I don’t want any but to sit along just to finish a cup of coffee. So we changed for takeaway and sit outside. What I wondered is that so many people sitting almost full inside working with laptop or even had like a meeting. Each of them ordered one cup and occupied seats for may be half day. I don’t see any benefit of this policy. By the way, I don’t like the paper lit. It makes me feel chewing paper when it soaked.

The cafe is in the entry to the Atelier, mostly offices Fortnum and Masons, couple of other shops and a Hotel Rosewood. Infuse Specialty Coffee by Ideaology Cafe makes a strong coffee and the barista are very good at their craft, at this stage it is a quiet respite from the busy streets of Kowloon. Wheelchair and stroller accessible.

I’ve order iced americano. Coffee tasted so so. Maybe It’s not my fav type. Just note: They used paper straw, which is good for environment. After I’ve bring the cup across the mall for 15 mins, the straw was decay and become unusable. Need to drink from the cup directly.
