Building looks nice but the tenants are trash. I would like to make this clear, I do NOT live at Maven. I have toured Maven and it is a lovely building. I live next door where I have encountered the people who live there and mainly their dog crap. Can someone from building management tell the woman who has a terrace in the back of the building with the dogs to pick up her dog crap? Not everyone wants to see 10 loads of crap on her terrace on a regular basis. It is utterly disgusting and not the view anyone should have to see. If she is too lazy to walk her dogs, maybe she shouldn't have them?…
[10/11 Edit] The last redeeming quality of this building was the concierge team — their promptness, professionalism, and reliability. They used to handle everything seamlessly: packages, visitors, and dry cleaning (thanks to the partnership the building had arranged). They also maintained order and enforced rules within the common spaces. Often some concierge members are not at their post when they are supposed to be. Rowdy residents are frequently in the common areas well after 11 PM. The residents’ lounge floor is always sticky and dirty, with zero care or maintenance. Bathrooms are…
Living in the Maven Mott Haven has been a delightful experience. You immediately feel the vibe once you enter the front door of the lobby. The fragrance in the lobby, the artwork on the walls, the professional but yet engaging front desk staff, to the valet parking attendants. All of that combined with the incredible views and the cleanliness of the building leaves you feeling like you're on a never ending vacation.
We love living here! We moved in 8 months ago. From day one, everyone on staff has been incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive. Our apartment is beautiful and has everything we need. We regularly take advantage of the community spaces and free community events. The roof has an amazing view and is a great space to cookout or just hang out. We’ve also met a lot of our neighbors. The other residents are so friendly and almost everyone says hi in the elevator. Highly recommend this building

We had a truly wonderful experience living at Mott Haven in the Bronx. Our family of five, including three small children, stayed there for nearly 15 months and absolutely loved it. The only reason we had to leave was due to family circumstances that required us to relocate to another state. The building amenities were excellent — from the well-equipped gym and cozy common areas to the play spaces that our kids really enjoyed. The building has declined since I have moved in. My first year was amazing. The building gave out champagne on your birthday and the building had its own unique culture, but now things are very much lacking and I don't even like using the shared spaces anymore. A few of my fellow tenants left the building recently and now I understand why. My lease is up in a few months and I have to begin thinking about my options.
I will be moving in soon and I absolutely cannot wait! My favorite thing about this building is the bright and vibrant artwork in the lobby, created by local Bronx artists. It adds a unique, personal touch that truly makes the space feel welcoming and connected to the community. Victor, my leasing agent, has been phenomenal! Victor patiently answered all my questions, provided detailed information about the building, and made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. If you are planning on touring The Maven, I highly recommend you ask for Victor; you won't regret it!
My wife and I moved here from Stuytown and we are loving it. Victor and Joshua from leasing were awesome and made the move in process really easy and smooth. Victor was answering my questions at midnight haha, someone give this guy a raise!! The amenities are really good, and the building parking valet is super fast and easy. The 6 train is a 6 minute walk and the neighborhood is safer than people think! Would recommend!
