Christina has been amazing and very helpful. The houses are beautiful and the move in special was too good to pass up.
I've been living here for a month and have found it to be very peaceful. The neighbors are friendly, and the location is convenient—downtown is a short distance away and there are three grocery stores within a mile. Schools are nearby, and the TCCD campus is just down the road. Overall, a great place to call home and make lasting memories.
I recommend this location to anyone looking for beautiful and peaceful home for rent. When looking for a home I didn’t think I could find anything that works with my situation and Tricon gave me hope, the staff is very amazing and respectful with answering questions. They also give you answers promptly as you ask them, I love living here and you will too. My kids can’t stop smiling on how amazing the new home is for them and the amenities make them want to be outside and around the area to meet new people. 🩷

Our move-in experience with Tricon Residential has been great! We were one of the first to move in, and after working through a few small hiccups early on, everything has been amazing. Christina has been wonderful to work with — she’s gone above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly for us. If you’re thinking about leasing here, definitely reach out to her!
Tricon's 10-day move-in rule for ready-to-rent homes is ridiculous and hurts renters by ignoring real moving hassles, like booking movers (which need 2-4 weeks in Fort Worth) or avoiding lease overlaps and double rent. It forces rushed decisions, risking overlooked issues or lost opportunities, all to cut Tricon's vacancies without regard for tenants. Families and busy folks suffer most, turning a fresh start into a stressful mess with extra costs and compromises. We're now forced to disregard any possible home we find on Zillow managed by tricon
We own a home next to one of their properties. Our HOA bylaws require neighbors to share the cost of fence maintenance and repairs. After two months we haven’t been able to resolve the cost of the repairs. A corporation of this size shouldn’t pinch pennies over a $500 repair. Terrible neighbors (the company not the people that rent from them). Update: I sent several emails to residential services and have not received a response.
My experience with Cathrine was exceptional. She did everything to help clear up all concerns regarding my lease. She was with us every step of the way. She exhibited excellent customer service skills. Steve Lyons
