Jeff and Marsha, thanks for everything, it's always a pleasure. As for the rest of our experience with Genesis, I do NOT recommend. 1 week pre-possesion walk through all the following finishes listed was incorrect: All cabinets and hardware, LVP flooring on the upper level(washrooms and laundry room), schluter around all tile, tile backslpash in main bathroom and ensuite, stairwell railing, brown floor vents with grey flooring, chrome plumbing stops with black faucets, placement of medicine cabinet that was noted during framing walk through(3 atempts to put in right location). The positives Jeff and Marsha were great to deal with The negatives the home built was terrible quality and a comedy of errors absolute amateur hour with rude trades people that did poor quality work. Merwan was there site supervisor and initially seemed supportive but after having multiple issues with the same repair it became apparent they had 0 intention or ability to provide a quality product I would avoid genesis like the plague buyer beware
I would like to Thank You Jeff & Marsha in Bayview, they are very professional, well communicate with me & my client. Jeff & Marsh are a delight to work with.
It was great dealing with Jeff and Marsha in the process of building house. Jeff was very quick in responding to any question we had in the whole process. Highly recommend them. Austin was great and explained everything that was done after pre- inspection delivery and explained touch up process after we took over the possession. Thank you all and very happy with the house!

They don't deserve one star. You need lot of patience and energy to deal this builder. Not professional from sale center to design studio. Once you signed you cant change anything even you getting a house after one year.According
Do not build with genesis!!!!! We have had nothing but problems since we moved in and all we get are excuses and missed appointments. This is not the builder you want. Spend a bit more to get a reputable company.
I am building a home with Genesis in Bayview. I initially had no plans to move to Airdrie from Calgary. However after meeting Jeff Augustine, his positivity and enthusiasm for the quality of a Genesis home, I decided to build in Bayview, Airdrie. Jeff has been very positive, he is easy to work with and very professional. Jeff has been amazing at answering my questions in a very timely manner. His attention to detail, advocating for me as a homeowner and his knowledge of all aspects of the build process have made my experience with Jeff Augustine both positive and rewarding. If you’re looking…
