Zero. And even a minus. Your deposit will be taken for damages. Even though they promise the opposite. There's no premium there. The cheapest American appliances. Commercial finishing and plumbing. Heavy doors and electronic keys in the elevator are only for your floor. If you want to go to a neighbor on another floor, you have to walk. The parking lot gates often don't work. I called to check on an application for a client that applied as advised by the leasing agent Sofi. Tanisha was incredibly rude when she answered the phone and I asked to speak with the property manager. She is very combative and is very off putting. She should learn some phone etiquette if she's going to be dealing with the public. A building of this stature shouldn't have staff speaking with anyone on the phone in this manner.
IMPORTANT: I strongly advise avoiding The Shoreline at SoLé Mia. When I moved out, I specifically requested a proper inspection of my apartment — but management never did one. Instead, they later sent me a list of nonsense “damage fees” for things I never caused, many of which are just normal wear and tear any honest landlord should expect. To make things worse, they even sent my case to collections, trying to damage my credit score over these bogus charges. On top of that, their so-called “free month rent” offer is a trap. This is my 6th month living here and I finally found the peace I was looking for. I love that it is a pretty quiet building. All the amenities are new and clean. You can run all the errands within a mile away from home. Also, I have been very lucky with my neighbors - a very decent crowd. And most importantly, this place is safe (!).
Recently moved to Miami from Colombia and I heard about the private Laguna so I came to tour Shoreline. Sophia and Natalie the leasing agents were very friendly to me and offered different floor-plans and pricing. I’m so excited to move into SoLé Mia.
UPDATE: After a year, I can't tell it's one of the best places to live in North Miami, if not the best. It's with a broken heart that I'm leaving, but I have to tell specially about 3 people who are really professional and caring about others: 1) Natalie (lease office) 2) Jennifer (lease office) These 2 went the extra mile to help since the beginning, to find the perfect apartment, as well as to always provide support during our stay and also for the move out process. The office staff at The Shoreline at Sole Mia has been attentive to the requests/ needs I've had & any issue has been handled in a timely manner. The residents here have all seemed friendly & inviting. Everyone says "Hello" with a smile on their face which is a sign of a good community. Amenities are amazing and Location beats all with Target & Costco literally next door! Overall, I've enjoyed living at The Shoreline more than I have at any other rental property!
