I advise you to be very careful with this company. They don't build houses, they don't fulfill their agreements, and you're unlikely to get apartments from them after you buy them. I highly do not recommend them.
My stars are only for the sales team. If I rated just the selling process, it might be five stars because they contact you almost daily until the moment you sign. But once you put your money in, everything falls apart. I was informed of a construction delay of over a year, or possibly much longer. They use the ambiguity in the compensation clause to pay less than what they explained during the sales process. And I still hope they pay even that reduced amount, because I’m seeing that some buyers haven’t received anything even after the deadline. Each employee gives different information, so…
I’m extremely satisfied! The company delivers everything with precision and top-notch quality. They pay attention to every detail, from design to the finishing touches. Definitely the kind of people you can trust with your home.
Не честные и не порядочные работники. По договору о рассторжении покупки, должны вернуть деньги в течении года, год прошёл и 6 месяцев,а деньги никто не собирается возвращать(компания не законно использует мои деньги ), только одни обещания.... Очень пожалела,что обратилась к ним. Юристы этой компании грубо нарушают закон, обманывая людей и пользуясь их деньгами без %. В банке же нужно платить %😆, а здесь им халява....
