Avoid if you have a pet, the concierge does nothing but complain and issue unjust fines, never has he collected a parcel or allowed us access to our mail. All round not worth it
Great Nice and luxury appartements with stunning beach views in a quiet and sophisticated urbanisation on the new golden mile. Gated community with beautifull indoor and outdoor swimming pools, co working, gym, sauna and hamman.
Buyed penthouse 2 years ago, Kronos promise everything to fix in first year waranty but dont believe they only promise but nothing happening, i have leak from roof and all wardrobe got rotten nobody cares i writed 20 emails, lots of ckracks on walls, allways errors with heating/conditioning and water system, tiles are instaled without quality at all, balcony glass frames are not in one line. Swimming pool closed outside and inside and we pay same amount of comudad. Attached few pictures. Bad investment only expenses is future of this penthouse.

As always I had the best experience when visiting Oasis325. Can’t recommend this development enough.
