I moved into the Sea And Sky Properties in summer of 2025. The team was so welcoming, very kind in answering all my questions and, overall, made the move-in process incredibly smooth. The community is well set up, with easy access to storage, underground parking, mail, garbage/recycling, a wash station for my dog, & a handyman specific to the property, everything has been thought of. I am looking forward to the gym centre being built as well as the bridge to downtown Squamish. Once those are in place it really will be a cozy little community located in an ideal spot with beautiful views, lots…
Can’t give enough of a good review. This building is amazing. Prop managers and building admin are all excellent and available. Community events are really appreciated. Area is safe, chill, quiet, and beautiful.
Location is great, it’s close to downtown and the highway. Pet friendly is also nice. However the actual price you pay is a lot higher than advertised as Enerpro, hydro, parking and storage all add up to an additional $450+ on top of your rent and I’m a single person in my unit. And the noise/vibration from the commercial gym below and within the building is pretty bad - my unit shakes from the weight room.
The area is nice and the building is new and well maintained. The only issue is rent prices, it’s “cheaper” rent but then there are all these add ons: parking, storage, enerpro etc.. you end up paying a lot more than you think for a shoe box. Enerpro is a scam, the amount we pay for our small condo is outrageous, it would have been so much cheaper if it was just bc hydro because our condo is so hot, you barely need heat in winter, there’s not much air flow. And lastly, they will increase your rent after one year, I thought that really sucked. To summarize: shop around, there’s lots of places…

Love living here. The events put on to connect us with our neighbours is always so fun and thoughtful. We really love the beautiful interior and exterior of the place as well as how efficient the property manager is in addressing any needs or questions we have. We look forward to the bridge that is soon to come to make access to downtown Squamish easier!
We LOVE living in Sea and Sky Squamish! Such a great community, there are events, it's super dog friendly, and we just love our apartment. Would thoroughly reccomend!
Recently moved to Squamish for adventure. Living in the Sea and Sky puts you right in the heart of this town. With beautiful views in every direction and hiking trails just a short dive away or you can take a leisurely walk in the well maintained park right behind the building it offers something for everyone. The building management team are fantastic and quick to help answer any questions. The units are modern but warm and felt like home the minute I moved in.
My partner and I just moved into a 3bed/2bath rental condo this past week and our experience couldn’t have been any better. Amy, who is the Assistant Community Manager made the whole process a 10/10 from the very beginning! We’re so in love with our new home (and the beautiful design!). The community itself and the amenities to come is so exciting! Any questions or concerns were answered quickly and clearly and we do truly feel like Bosa properties are putting their renters and homeowners first! I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
