Overcrowded, doctors have no time for you. As there just to many on there
My bathroom had been out of order due to leaks which is causing mould all over the house, Beam park have claimed to be getting quotes for the past 6 months. Meaning the family bathroom has not been in use for half a year and of course they still collect their rent in full. 100% would not recommend. At this point i would rather live near a lake at least i would be able to have a wash without paying rent that increases yearly.
Building work in progress. Area not served with good transport system. No school but a proposed primary school

Excellent place to live and work , introduction to a new station and you have amenities everywhere including good road and rail connections. Also has great parks and spaces to explore.
