Gay people - please be careful! My boyfriend and I got hate-crimes and slurs hurled at us by a group of teens simply for holding hands outside the building. The Maple is in a soulless construction site next to the huge M1 motorway eyesore. The area is not walkable and is depressing to be in. Expect false promises and disorganisation from Fazi & the estate agent team. Without any notice, We were dealing without a different estate agent because Fazi told us last minute he’s taking his Christmas break. This happened AGAIN with our second agent. THE BIGGEST SCAM IN LONDON , NEVER RENT HERE ! I lived here for 7 months, and during that time my car was stolen from the supposedly secure parking area. Management did not want to cooperate at all, and we were not even informed about what happened. Everything other people have written in their reviews is 100% true. When you try to leave the building, they demand £10,000 just so you can move out. Absolute scam , I repeat: stay away and be extremely careful. Fazi is rude and unprofessional. The only nice person there is Bogdan from reception, and I genuinely hope he manages to leave that place…
I’ve lived at The Maple for a few months and I’m disappointed by how different day-to-day reality is from what’s presented during viewings — particularly in conversations with Fawaz/Fazi. My advice is simple: don’t rely on anything you’re told unless it’s confirmed in writing, which echoes what other residents have said in their reviews. Several key promises haven’t materialised. We were told the “square” would open within a few months; it still hasn’t, and we’ve since been told it won’t be fully open until 2026. Honest review from someone that has been living here for a couple of months now. I’m sad to say I have been grossly misled on this property by the leasing department, namely Fazi! My advice to anyone doing viewings, do not believe anything you’re told unless its put in writing! We were told the square would fully open in a number of months, it did not, and wont until 2026. We were told the pool and sauna is 24hours, it’s not. We were told they’re happy to shift furniture specs around, they are not. Lovely building!! Been here for a few months now and have settled in nicely! All the facilities are great and the staff are always on hand to assist wherever they can! Fazi helped show us round initially and view the flats, and was there to help with the registration process which was all very smooth. Concierge team are also lovely!! Look forward to continue staying here.
Absolutely love living at the maple! Living here feels like a 5star hotel stay! The entire team is absolutely fantastic and always happy to help and goes above and beyond. Special mention to Fazi and Sakina for making sure we had the best experience and kept updated from March when we reserved until our move in June!
From the 1st viewing to the move and beyond, I was assisted by a fenomenal team. Sakina and Fazi could have not been more attentive, thorough and knowledgeable. Fazi made sure I was informed throught the whole process and kept me assured that all would happen swiftly, which did. After moving in the Maple team is nothing short of fantastic with special shout out to Bogdan and Gabriel that represent the very best in customer care. The environment at The Maple is friendly and any issues are resolved promptly. Outstanding facilities.
Living at The Maple has been a wonderful experience. The building is modern and elegant, with excellent facilities like the gym and swimming pool. The atmosphere is peaceful, and I always feel safe and comfortable here. The location is also very convenient, close to shops and transport links, which makes daily life much easier.
