  • A Really Great Living Experience! Very nice staff with quick response time. Very close to the UM campus and lots of restaurants and activities. Great apartments with every kind of common utility and a nice outdoor area with lots of shade, plants, and pool. I’d definitely recommend!
  • I moved out recently due to a relocation but I lived there for 2 years and I really enjoyed it. The outdoor space is wonderful. Plus the management team was very responsive when I needed something. I would definitely recommend!
  • Great units whether staying short term on a vacation or remodel. So easy to check-in, nicely furnished, very secure. Have also had many friends stay here and loved it for 1 year leases, as well. Excellent location and quick to all major areas of Miami.
  • Orduna Court was a very convenient place to live in especially for a student like me who did not have a car for transportation. The University of Miami campus, Metrorail station, CVS, and Starbucks were within walking/biking distance. Maintenance personnel, Modesto, was also responsive to our requests and was able to come within the next business day. Selena, Orduna court manager, was also responsive to my messages when I had any questions. The only downside for me was the design of the apt. I lived in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apt however, both bathrooms were inside 2 bedrooms making it an…

  • Orduna Court has its shortcomings (as do many apartment complexes) and I think there’s always room for improvement. Campus and the metro station is a ~15 minute walk away, so location-wise I found fitting for a UM student. Having my bike in the parking garage gave me no security issues (locked up, obviously) and I noticed many college students living in the complex used bikes for transportation too. Full disclosure: you have to cross the busy highway to get to campus, which felt unsafe due to a few reckless drivers on the road. The technician, Modesto, was very helpful and willing to…
  • I highly recommend this property. I lived there for 2 years in 2018 and 2019. It's nicely designed and fully renovated. The manager and owner are very nice and helpful. She gave me a lot of great recommendations too. The building is nicely landscaped which gives it a tropical feel while still being centrally located.
  • Love these apartments. Feels like a brand new building, and very modern looking, but with a green feel that the surrounding landscaping brings. The location is probably the best part, as it is a walk to campus, a few minutes driving to South Miami, Coral Gables, and Coconut Grove, as well as a close walk to the metros, starbucks, thai restaurants etc... You will NOT be disappointed.
  • Orduna was one of the most frustrating apartment complexes I have ever delt with before. The landlord is extremely unresponsive and often not helpful. Upon moving in (with several months notice) our apartment was unfinished when we arrived. The garage door gate remained open for months because it wasn’t working, as a result my bike was stolen as well as my roommates. One of our cabinet doors didn’t fit so a solution they had was to just remove the door and leave it open for our entire lease. Also had an issue with our front door not closing correctly that they “could not fix”. There were…
