The receptionist working on the morning of Feb 24, 2026 was rude and unprofessional. I noticed how unfriendly he treated the courier. His attitude doesn’t suit his profession. Hmm
We’ve lived here for two years, covering most of our study-abroad life, and it has been a wonderful experience. Every staff member has been professional and warm, and the public facilities are excellent and well-maintained. We highly recommend this place to anyone in need of accommodation.
My partner and I lived here for over two years, and we couldn’t be more pleased. The apartments are spotless, featuring high-quality appliances and joinery. The facilities are fantastic, offering everything from car washing stations to a swimming pool. Kus, the building manager, is incredibly responsive and always ready to help with any request. He resolves issues quickly and efficiently, making our move-in day seamless with a dedicated loading dock and reserved lift, which significantly reduced the stress. Best place to live. Been here since July 21, from first time move in Kus (building manager) always helpful and give us important information about the building, he always smile everytime we walk to the lobby. The lobby is always smell nice and clean, the night security is the nicest person you would ever found. The design is modern, lots of storage, and very comfortable place to stay. Unfortunately had to move from this place, but during our process moving out Kus is helping a lot with information, and reference to find new place. Wish I could stay longer there.

Since renting of Meriton unity for few years , Kus , is the best building manager, he very professional and helpful. Also, he always solve the problems and maintenance building very efficient , and fast! We appreciate it . Thanks From Stan.
This building was a dream to live in. Kus, the building manager has been so helpful from start to finish. This building is conveniently located near many shops and restaurants as well as the train station. It was always well kept and convenient for its tenants such as chute location, installing EV chargers, and pool and gym access. The night guard was always available and friendly making the place safe at all times.
This Meriton is honestly one of the best I've been to for renting. Not only was the place pristine when I got here, but the building manager, Kus, is one of the best people to communicate with. He is understanding, always willing to help, and is very straight forward.
