We've been living here almost a year now and everything has been really great experience. The staff is all Really helpful. Rosie walked us through the signing of the lease and has really been a great Point person throughout our whole experience so far. The building is always kept clean and smells amazing. We definitely plan to renew our lease again!
My family and I have been living in this luxury apartment community for a little over a year now, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. The amenities are amazing and something we genuinely enjoy as part of our everyday life. The property is well-maintained, peaceful, and it really feels like home. The staff at the 305 go above and beyond to make it a good community. I had a giant mirror delivered and was struggling to get it from the package room to my place. One of the wonderful leasing agents jumped in to help me and wrangled this unwieldy thing all the way to my apt. She goes completely above the call of duty. Also, the staff are consistently on site and so friendly. It makes the property feel safe and homey.
I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment community. The property is clean and well-maintained, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient to shopping and transportation. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and pleasant place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to others. Rosie for starters always has a smile, willing and ready to help with any needs and concerns at a record beating time! I’ve been living at the 305 since August and I’ve been in love since! Rosie and the staff help me with anything I need help with asap. The amenities are so useful and well kept. And I appreciate the security in the building! Id recommend this apartment to anyone!
I’ve lived at The 305 for over a year now, starting from when the building first opened, and we truly love living here. From the very beginning, the experience has been great. A huge shoutout to Chelsea and Rosie, who helped us throughout the entire moving process and continue to be incredibly helpful and supportive even now. Never live here if you don’t want to be fooled. In only ONE month, two cars (roof and windshield) have been completely damaged by the garage door, but they still claim “the door is safe and functioning well 🙃”. Also they charge around $200/month for WATER— 180 gallon/ day for 2 people, and 40 gallons/day when NO ONE IS HOME!!!!! Their malfunctioning utilities are damaging your property and draining your wallet with made-up water bills.
