  • I absolutely love living here! The entire team goes above and beyond to make residents feel truly valued. Alexandra, the property manager, is incredible—always proactive and genuinely invested in the community. Lucy is friendly, approachable, and always helpful, and the rest of the staff consistently makes living here a wonderful experience. The maintenance crew, Jose and Skylar, are fantastic! They respond quickly, are always professional and friendly, and you can tell they truly take pride in caring for this property. The community is well-maintained, clean, and I really appreciate all the…
  • Team is so kind! Maintenance is quick to respond and the quaint amenities are great. I love their pool and the gym is so convenient.
  • I’ve been living here for 6 months, and this is my first apartment in Austin. I’m very happy with my experience. The location is super convenient :CVS is only a 3–5 minute walk, Sprouts is about 5–7 minutes away, and there are many other places nearby. The community is clean, cozy, and well maintained. The staff is amazing and very friendly. They even organized a Halloween movie night by the pool with drinks, which was such a nice touch.Special thanks to Alexandra ,she is always very responsive and helpful. I once lost my key, and they gave me a new one within 10 minutes. Trash service is…
  • What a beautiful property! The grounds were well kept and clean, surrounding neighbors were so friendly, and the office staff were so inviting. I was very impressed by the Property Manager Alex, who took time out of her busy schedule to show me around and find me the perfect home! Thank you!

  • I just moved into an apartment here at Trillium Terrace about two weeks ago and have loved my experience so far! First off, working with Alexandra has been amazing. My roommate and I were trying to get into a place as soon as possible, and she made the whole process super smooth and easy. She was really responsive, helpful, and got us approved and moved in within just a couple of days. As for the apartment itself, I honestly couldn’t have asked for anything better. The gated community is very quiet, and I haven’t heard any loud noises or disturbances since moving in. All the neighbors I’ve…
  • I’ve lived in Austin for nearly 20 years and have called many different apartment communities home. Trillium Terrace has easily been my favorite and has offered the best living experience by far. The leasing staff and maintenance team are consistently kind, professional, and quick to address any concerns. The property is also beautifully maintained, and I really appreciate how clean and welcoming everything always feels. Another great touch is the resident events. They’re fun and show how much the team cares about building a sense of community at the complex. I brought my nieces to the Easter…
  • I had such a great experience at Trillium Terrace! I ended up signing my lease the same day I toured because everything felt like the perfect fit. The property is beautiful, and the apartments are just what I was looking for. Alexandra, the community manager, was amazing—she was kind, professional, and made the process so smooth and easy. I’m really excited to be moving in and highly recommend checking this place out!
  • Lucy, the leasing agent, has been super helpful from the start! She made the process a breeze and gave very good advice along the way. We love the Trillium — its a very clean, quiet, and laid back community; the pool is not huge but its very clean and the whole area around it is very nice for small outside gatherings (grilling or whatnot). The units themselves are very modern and spacious; with lots of built in amenities such as dryer/washer etc. We have no complaints really, besides Exiting left onto Menchaca can be a little difficult when its prime traffic times but oftentimes it only takes…
