Masaar by Arada is one of the most beautiful and recommended places to live in Sharjah. If you want an amazing lifestyle, this is the perfect community. Peaceful, modern, and truly worth it!
The townhouse unit leased within the Masaar By Arada development presents several operational deficiencies. Specifically, the air conditioning units are performing below expectations, and the management's directive to maintain a 22°C setting is insufficient given the equipment's performance limitations. The bathroom sanitary is also very low quality. they showed high quality when they were selling but delivered very low quality
