No security. Not worth paying this amount of money to live in this building. People go in and out your apartment without them checking not even IDs. I have been on holidays and I wasn’t let know that other people had been living for days in my apartment without my consent. Also the security and reception is not helping at all just trying to justify everything and also blaming that its my irresponsibility and telling me to call the police they will not help!
Urban Oasis by Missoni has been one of my favourite places I’ve stayed in Dubai. The location on the canal in Business Bay is super convenient for Downtown, Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, and the building itself feels calm, modern and upscale. The Missoni interiors, infinity pool and gym give it a real luxury feel, and the concierge and security are excellent. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a stylish, comfortable place to live in the area.

Urban Oasis by Missoni has been one of the best residential experiences I’ve had in Dubai. The building has a clean, modern atmosphere with stylish interiors that give it a luxury feel as soon as you walk in. The location is extremely convenient as it is close to Business Bay, Downtown, and the canal, this makes daily commuting and going out very easy.
Very comfortable stay at Urban Oasis, staffs were friendly and welcoming even showed us to our room. There was a functional kitchen which made preparation for simple meals easy. There's a hybrid washing machine dryer which allowed us to clean our dirty laundries which was amazing. Bed was soft, had comfortable and quiet sleep throughout the stay. If there's something to feedback here's two: 1) Wall hung toilet bowl didn't felt safe as it seems to have dislodged from the wall slightly, with each pressure on it there were cracking sound. 2) Floor wasn't very clean when we stepped in, but…
Decent Building, But Needs Improvement The building is fairly new and clean, which is a plus. Security and access are smooth, and the overall environment is quiet. However, the finishing quality inside the units is below expectations — especially for a new development. AC control is limited, with only one panel for multiple rooms, which affects comfort. Also, having just one bathroom in some units makes it less practical for families or guests. Small details like not providing basic welcome items (coffee, tea, etc.) also impact the experience, especially for late arrivals. Overall, it’s…
