Zero stars. It's been two months since the unit was sold. I paid 100% on the date of completion, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. Tahani gave us a schedule for snagging, but two months have passed with no updates, no answered calls, and no messages. This is completely unprofessional. She hasn’t even provided a single update, choosing instead to remain silent. People at office—very nice, very accommodating. But handover team? Is opposite, completely. No help, no support.
