Horrible.
Beautiful place !
House keeping has not been too diligent with cleaning. A week went by without anyone refilling the toilet paper. The staff bathroom has been disgusting for over a month. I swear that they hide the whole day, until their shift is almost done, then start cleaning. Hire better house keepers that speak some english please! This is ridiculous and I'd expect more from the Ritz Carlton.
Amazing. Friendly staff to.

Beautiful new tower in Tampa. Well built and run. They take security seriously also.
Still under construction. We almost reserved a unit 2 years ago…I will likely regret not signing the paperwork…oh well…I’m okay at The Pinnacle… also, nice Christmas decoration by the contractor while building is still under construction.
I’m so exited for this to be built! The design on the building will look so cool.
Another characterless condo on Bayshore to add to the other mundane condos recently built. Add in the hundreds of additional vehicles and their rude, self-centered, condescending transplant owners to further stifle South Tampa/Palma Ceia. How about another coffee shop, more bland multi-McMansions crammed onto single lots, more ill-timed traffic lights, and over-priced boutiques to finally obliterate what used to be a close-knit, unique, friendly neighborhood?
