Another disappointment… I am waiting for weeks now that my correct handover date needs to be confirmed to Deyaar so they can send me the correct invoice for service charges. I am receiving legal letters from Deyaar community management because Iman is unable to confirm the correct date.
SOHO construction making it unliveable here. DDA don’t enforce the rules against the construction site. So expect about 5 hours sleep and never any peace and quite. Most disrespectful behaviour ever. Luxury living = unhealthy, stressful and no sleep. DDA received countless reports and proof for illegal work hours, yet does nothing at all.

Very disappointed with the quality and post-handover service at The Grove by Iman. I purchased an apartment here and from day one I encountered a serious issue: the balcony door frames were installed with incorrect measurements, leaving open gaps between the exterior and the interior of my home. Because of this defect, dust, sand, insects, cockroaches, and noise enter the apartment, making the unit uncomfortable and far from the standard expected in a new development. I have reported this issue to Iman Developers and the maintenance team for months, yet no one has attended or fixed the…
Beautifully designed project, nice and clean finishings and very cooperative team to help you. Overall from initial booking to my apartment handover it was a top notch experience 👍
As an investor and having two units in the grove, I’m thrilled that I have purchased from Iman.. and happy that they have completed the project on time.. and the finishing is in great quality and I hope to remain a returning investor with iman.. thrilled and impressed by the customer service and handover quality of both Ms. Dalia and Mrs. Shahd Great work!
Great experience with the developer! especially Shahd 😉🌸 I received my keys on time, and the quality of the home is outstanding. The service was smooth, professional, and truly exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!
