I have been staying at the draper since the last three months. I love the interiors and overall setup is really well planned. The leasing manager Matthew Bennett and his team is very co-operative immediately responds/ resolves issues at the earliest. The colindale area (station to Draper) feels very safe and calm even late at night. Pros: Safe area Great interiors, new construction and responsive management Gym is wide with all amenities. Overall crowd in the Beaufort park area is educated and decent. Cons: Relatively higher rent. There is a tesco express and sainsbury local nearby but big…
Keytracker supply a number of key management systems across the WOL group. All the staff are extremely polite, efficient and requests are clear and concise. Cameron D heads up a great team, delighted to be working with you all again.
Had a great experience during my viewing at The Draper. I was warmly welcomed by Matt, who offered me and my friend a hot drink on arrival. He first talked us through the facilities in their office, which is set up as a beautiful showroom flat, before showing us available apartments that matched what I was looking for. The whole visit felt relaxed with absolutely no pressure at any point. The flats are beautiful and modern with great facilities. The Development in itself is very, very good, with minimalist and almost state-of-the-art interiors. It feels very good to live in such a place, and apparently they have a really good community in and around Beaufort Park, which is really positive. The leasing manager Matthew Bennett is very co-operative and kindly helps resolve any issues at the earliest. Overall, excellent.

(as of 13/01/26) Pros: - Staff responds reasonably quickly via email. Matt especially is warm and a pleasure to communicate with. - The place is new and has nice interiors and exteriors - Quiet and peaceful area - I have seen the lobby being cleaned and the refuse bins being emptied regularly - Alan, their Head of Operations, was kind enough to take the time and effort to reach out and personally explore and address all concerns Cons: - It can take some time (days to weeks) before any repair issues are addressed, including heating problems. We didn't have an appointment, but the staff were still really friendly. They were really kind and showed us around these lovely apartments. If you're after a flat in London that's in a nice style and not too pricey, then The Draper is definitely worth a look.
