The girls at the office are so nice. Great customer service skills and very informative. I highly recommend this place for seniors. Clean, new and very well maintained. What more can you ask?

I recently moved into Douglas Gardens Residences, and I’m extremely happy with the experience. The management team, especially Miranda, has been amazing — professional, attentive, and always willing to help. She truly goes the extra mile to make sure residents feel comfortable and cared for. A special thank-you also goes to Yeleine from customer service, who is always kind, patient, and quick to assist with any questions or requests. The staff is very competent, patient, and supportive. The buildings are clean and the tenants are friendly. Plenty of parking. They’re not finished with all of the outdoor amenities, but they will be completed soon.
