I am sorry to add this review, but i hope it makes a difference, the compound staff damaged my car , and now it's value is depreciated, i sent several complains ,with no response at all not even a single apology word . It's a sign of total careless and unprofessional management.

I live here in marvela and it is amazing so much people are nice
Today I visited Marvela Compound to deliver a party order to one of our valued guests living in Building 21. While the management had already approved my entry pass using my Iqama details, I was surprised and a bit uncomfortable when they still took my physical Iqama to keep with them during my visit. As a service provider with an approved pass, I believe this extra step was unnecessary and could be improved to make the process smoother and more respectful for delivery professionals. I hope the management can review this policy in the future. Thank you
