Well-maintained building and friendly front desk staff in a beautiful area in Doral, complete with small park, convenient grocery shopping, and the downtown array of restaurants. The one deficit was the lack of a pool which is a visual draw but which has been under long-term maintenance. The sister building was promised by my host with good intentions but that pool as well has been under repair since January, 2023. If you are, therefore, hoping to lounge by or swim in the pool to beat the heat, at this point, that is not possible.

The only reason I left 5 stars is because of the staff at the front desk. Each one of them are extremely helpful. They are knowledgeable about what's going on and always help me with my many deliveries. Best staff since 3 years living here

If you’re deciding to lease here as a long term resident for a year run! The building is filled with air- bnbs and tourists. The walls are literally paper thin, I could hear the person next door cough. That was a main issue for me. You can hear all your neighbors. The building is beautiful and if there’s an issue front desk is available. They do a good job with keeping packages safe. Also, the two years I lived there the pool was “under construction” and I never got to use it with all the money I paid in rent.
Condo has NO POOL for over a year! Administration just tells residents to go to the pool next door. "Condo next to it" Thing that makes no sense since you are paying for ALL the amenities for the building that you are living in. No the one in the next block. No body works in the pool, is being in preconstruction and sadly, no signs of progress .
Great building, awesome location, and very nice staff.
So I stayed there for two weeks … It was really great The building smells really good. Does anyone know what they use ?
