  • I’ve had a great experience at Anthem at Ledge Stone. The community is beautiful, peaceful, and has great amenities. A special shoutout to Trae Rivas, who is an amazing manager. He consistently provides excellent customer service, is very professional, and truly cares about the residents. Trae goes above and beyond to make sure concerns are addressed and that everyone feels supported. Managers like him make a huge difference!
  • Love the location. Staff is kind in the office. They were quick to answer my questions and show me around. Would recommend to my family that lives nearby.
  • Awful place, worse people. Reception is incredibly dismissive and maintenance requests aren’t completed. The quality of service at this place is by far the worst; the employees are just not friendly or helpful by any means. If they reply to this review, it’s all for show. They don’t care about you, me, or their other tenants.
  • I have lived here since it opened. We have had issues with the Elevator in Bldg 9 A since the beginning. The elevator broke again about 2 weeks before Christmas and still no date for it being fixed. Said they are waiting for a part for it to be fixed. It’s now Feb 4 th 2026. It is beyond ridiculous! I have a tendon that requires medical intervention but have had to put my advancement on healing for a procedure off because it requires I use the elevator closest to my apartment…which has been broken for 7-8 weeks. No end in sight! It has interfered with my capacity to go back to work. I have…

  • I really love the place but the staff, especially Trae Rivas are amazing. My mother in law fell and was injured. Even before I could get to her several staff were on hand and helped her. Trae Rivas had an ambulance there within minutes. She was helped by Mr Rivas until I got to her. Which was not even 10 minutes time.
  • Today marks my 5th week of living here, and unfortunately, my experience so far has been extremely disappointing. On September 23rd at 2:35 PM, USPS delivered a package containing important personal documents, including my Social Security card. However, I did not receive my mailbox key from the front office until September 30th at 1:00 PM, an entire week later, only to discover that my package was not inside my locked mailbox. This raises serious concerns about the security of mail at this property. When I questioned staff, I was told they could not assist me and that there is no available…
  • My apartment is spacious and modern, with great natural light and updated appliances. The amenities are a big bonus and always well-maintained. Parking is convenient, and I feel safe in the neighborhood. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Anthem at Ledgestone to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live.
  • I moved into a beautiful 2 bd 2 ba brand new apartment with the intention of living there at least 5 years but left after 2 years and 5 months. It started out great but gradually deteriorated. The apartments and grounds look amazing….design wise but take a closer look! Drawers fell off their glides, the paint job was terrible…the paint looked like primer only, the carpet was loose…not installed properly, trash was everywhere, some residents left their leaky garbage outside of their front doors, trash and discarded furniture overflowed out of the dumpsters, some residents allowed their dogs to…
