I have been living here for 7+ years and cannot fault it! The management and staff are so nice and always helpful, quickly sorting out any issues that have arisen. I would highly recommend. Thank you Kristy!
Management at South Lakes is absolutely the best you can get. Always helpful and friendly . My husband and I are an elderly couple that are not entirely up to date with communications and requirements and we find their assistance invaluable.
We have very much enjoyed our years living at South Lakes, modern, great amenities with a friendly community! Kristy the head of leasing and sales has made our vacate very seamless. Thank you Kristy!

I have lived in this building for three months and am already counting down until my lease ends. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The body corporate appears to operate in a way that creates unnecessary discomfort for tenants. There is an excessive focus on enforcement rather than reasonable communication, which has made living here stressful. Prospective tenants should be aware that pet approval is required not only from the property owner but also from the body corporate. This was not made clear prior to signing the lease, and as a result it took over a month…
