Senibong being the no.1 place in Johor. Stayed here for more than 2 years. Love the environment and nice place to stay.
Security has gotten worse ever since the building allowed Airbnb stays. I've lost several parcels recently, and there’s been a noticeable increase in outsiders entering without proper checks. Criminal cases have also occurred. Security guards don’t seem to enforce ID checks strictly, and there's no CCTV at the parcel area. This is very concerning for long-term residents.
Safe and secure place to live in Jaybee. The guards are very strict on visitors and there is no break-ins or crime in Senibong Cove even through Covid period and MCO

This place is great! You can have access to all the parks and there are good restaurants. Plus there are gyms swimming pools and convenience store downstairs.
Beautiful water front with Yacht Berth. Good place to have a beer at Harvest
Apartment is nice, facilities is good, security very good, but management not very nice. Calling management office, diverted to different number and no body picking up the phone
Nice environment to stay. high security, have all the amenities in the housing estate itself. A nice cafe and 7 eleven is just below the condo. Can walk towards the river bank behind and enjoy nice sunset/sunrise.
