I love love love my new home! Amazing location and friendly neighbors!! Carlos was my leasing agent and he was incredibly kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. I felt like I was touring with my friend and he helped me select the best unit that fits my needs perfectly , I felt instantly welcomed and at home thanks to carlos and the team and thats what made me choose Lenox Heights <3 Everyone is genuinely so friendly and nice, I love running into everyone; truly makes my day!!
Lived here since June of last year and everything has been great so far, the community is really quiet and nice as well as the leasing office. Very friendly. But I do have to give props to the maintenance team, they take care of all my needs very promptly, all within the same day, even on weekends if there's an emergency. Big shout out to Lorenzo the maintenance man who's on top of everything.
I’ve been living at Lenox Heights for almost a year now, and I can honestly say I’ve really enjoyed my experience here. The community is well-maintained, peaceful, and feels like home. Charmaine was the one who helped us during our move-in process, and she made everything so smooth and stress free. She’s always kind, professional, and incredibly helpful whenever we have questions. Lorenzo is amazing, he’s always quick to respond and takes care of any maintenance orders we put in. It’s reassuring to know there’s someone reliable who genuinely cares about the residents.
We have lived here since August and it has been great! The community is great, we have made amazing friends. Joshua helped us from the leasing office and from start to finish he aided us with any little thing we asked. There are also always events which the staff hold for the community to interact and they are always top quality/thoughtful. Couldn’t have imagined my first move from home to a new state would be this smooth. Come join!

I have had an amazing experience living here. They have always supported any small maintenance tasks and kept it very welcoming. They are very pet friendly as well. Amenities here are a huge plus, my favorite areas are the gym, sky deck, and pool area. At times, I feel like I live in a hotel. As someone that works remote, you have everything you need. Even a remote work space area. The location is in middle of neighborhood so it makes you feel more at home. You are still close to coffee shops, bars and boutiques. I’ve had such a great experience at Lenox Heights, and a huge part of that is because of Carlos in the leasing office. From the very beginning, he gave me my initial tour, walked me through all of my options, and was incredibly patient while I asked a million questions. He truly took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and confident in my decision! Even after moving in, Carlos continues to be so kind and welcoming. I recently moved into Lenox Heights and the experience so far has been extremely smooth and welcoming. The management staff is VERY helpful when you have questions or need support. Joshua did a great job at giving me the tour and he has been pleasant to work with. I had an extremely quick move in as I applied on a Monday and was able to get approved and move in 2 days later, which is helpful due to my longer work hours.
