Very unprofessional staff, my husband and I have complained of mold for months now and no one has been able to help I have asthma and this is not ok for my health nor my husbands and I deserve my deposit back to leave this unhealthy place. Back in December when maintenance did go check this problem out all he did was spray the walls “to kill the mold “ and paint over it and this happened again when I spoke to the lady in the front office she said we can’t confirm it’s mold and said no one brought it up to their attention and that isn’t true we deserve our deposit back. Don’t not stay here.
This place is ROACH infested!!! Please don’t be fooled by any deal that they have! They look decent. But once you move in ROACHES everywhere. I believe there is a special place in HELL 🔥for the property managers deceiving people in need!

Apart from Rise Canyon West being located on Camelback Rd which is known for various accidents, traffic build up, and the roads being blocked making it difficult to access your potential home, this place is too ghetto to be paying over $1,300 for a studio bedroom (what I lease). Some unfortunate individual also got 💀 here. I would absolutely not recommend the unit above the leasing office as the walls are very thin and you can hear every slam of people using the apartment's walk up entrance gate. •There is no sense of security as the driveway gate has failed numerous times being left open for…
Brejana Herron was so amazing helping us all throughout the process! Whenever my husband and I had any questions we could call anytime and Brejana or Alejandra Torres would answer any questions we had.
