It's an amazing experience to be part of 38 North Apartments, especially because Kenzraeli is an incredible person who makes you feel at home from day one. She is a person with a cheerful, educated, and intelligent personality. The apartments are very cozy and beautiful. I love being part of this place.
My wife and I have lived here since day one—we were the first to move into our building—and we’ve genuinely enjoyed our time here in many ways. The view is great, and the amenities have always been a big plus for us. However, the ongoing maintenance issues have been a major disappointment. Communication is consistently lacking, and several work orders have either gone unfinished or never started, despite being marked as “completed.” Most recently, I received a notification stating that our bedroom A/C unit—originally claimed to be repaired four months ago—had finally been fixed, along with…
I had a wonderful experience with Kay during my move in. She was extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism and positive attitude made a big difference, and I truly appreciate all the support she provided. Highly recommend her assistance!
I moved in May 2024. I was sold on the amenities of our facility here at 38 North. It is now October 2025 There is still no working hot tub. There is still no working barbecue and pizza oven at our phase 2 complex. I have lived with aunts now, invading the apartment for three months now. They are getting in from outside and I imagine they are in our walls. I find out today that the EV parking spots don’t have EV charging plugs either which is seriously at all misconception, I don’t blame the people that work here. I feel sorry and bad for them to have to deal with this. I blame the ownership…

I walked in to ask for a tour and Kay helped me right away. I was shown two units that would fit my families needs best. She took the time to hear what I wanted and answered my questions with enthusiasm and detail. I have toured quite a few complexes and this was my best experience thus far. I really appreciated her taking my concerns as a mom seriously and gave me all the information I needed to make a decision on where we move next. Also the units are beautiful and I love where it is located. They had more floor plans then I realized and I was able to tour the ones that worked best for us.…
All I can say is avoid this place. It’s a corporate money grab. Looks nice on the outside but extremely overpriced for what you get. The “luxury” pizza oven and grills never were attached to a gas line in the new area and no plan was ever conveyed that this will happen. The construction of the apartments themselves is poor quality at best. Parking has become a mad max style debacle. And sadly enough there was fairly regular theft from garages that were left open. Management tries to keep up to some degree but is understaffed and communication is difficult at best. I’m over the 21 days waiting…
This property is beautifully maintained, with well-kept landscaping and a peaceful, quiet community atmosphere. It’s a great place to enjoy a walk, and the amenities truly add to the lifestyle here. The community is fairly large, yet management does an excellent job keeping the grounds clean and visually appealing. One of my favorite features is Valet Living—having trash picked up right at the doorstep is incredibly convenient. The 24-hour fitness center is another huge plus, especially for those of us with busy or varying schedules. The location is also ideal, with Target, Costco, popular…
We have lived here for a year, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The staff is incredibly friendly and always goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel welcome and cared for. The community is wonderful—neighbors are kind, and it’s a safe and peaceful place to live. The amenities are outstanding, truly giving off a hotel-like vibe. Whether it’s the well-maintained pool, fitness center, or cozy common areas, everything is top-notch. Most importantly, this place feels like home.
