Ridiculous treatment from Ellington. Snagging has been delayed 3 times, each time by 2-4 weeks. They were more than happy to urge people to complete the last payment since December, but now refusing to let us do the snagging or handover the house. They have no regards to people or their situation, and they blame everything on the process. Update: snagging and handover have been delayed for the 4th time after I wrote this review. Dealing with this developer’s team is an absolute chaos unfortunately. No one from the customer service team have had the decency to even contact me about this review…
I bought a flat here and am DEEPLY disappointed. You pay such a high premium for Ellington and then they delay handover, inspection, EVERYTHING. But want to collect payment before snagging even, its ridiculous! I need an inspection for the bank mortgage to literally pay them and the BCC was issued 2 months ago. Until this day no inspection notice has been issued and no one is allowed to inspect the flat for the valuation. Ellington team has been nothing but useless, answering like robots and not helping at any moment at all. They said the notice will be issued end of February, now they say…
I’m going to complain. It’s ridiculous.
