Fabulous property with amazing facilities, the most kind and respectful staff that will go out of their way to help you, and often go above and beyond. I would highly recommended to anyone looking to rent in Kings Cross, the location is ideal.
We had a superb time living at Author for 5 weeks whilst our house was being renovated. Facilities are amazing, immaculately clean, really friendly and welcoming staff. A really memorable stay, thank you Author!
I had an absolutely terrible experience at this property. The staff’s behavior is extremely unprofessional and outright offensive — instead of helping, they resort to intimidation and borderline blackmail if you make even the smallest mistake. The so-called insurance they sell is nothing more than a scam — just a piece of paper that offers no real protection. I was misled into believing I was covered, only to be forced to pay £1,000 for an accident. To make matters worse, when I forgot my key, I was shockingly asked to stand outside my own building and treated with extreme rudeness. This…

Lovely apartment so clean artfully and simply decorated
Property is well managed and maintained. It has 3 large buildings for accomodations and rental purpose. Common area was full of things like games, reading materials, or relax after doing gym. I faced problems related to WiFi otherwise everything else was good.
