Has anyone else noticed that this store hides surcharges (in payment display at checkout & receipts) and then takes surcharges away from your bank account? I think I'm going to make a complaint because it has happened to me quite a few times and it violates the Australian Consumer Law. Furthermore if it is true that other people are experiencing this as well, then essentially they are just racking up their pockets by scamming us. I dislike writing comments like this because I genuinely adore the products from W Cosmetics. However, today I encountered a lady who completely spoiled my experience. I didn’t catch her name, but she was tall, very slim, and had layered hair that resembled a mullet. I don’t believe she should be in customer service or any role that involves interacting with people. Her interactions were extremely cold, and she appeared to have no interest in being there. I've been to W Cosmetics many times, even when it was still a smaller store in uptown. It has an amazing range of hygiene, skincare and makeup products! I recently found out that they now sell judydoll and flowerknows which are both popular Asian brands that usually you wouldn't find in store. The products I have in this picture are ones I have bought from W Cosmetics off of memory. The judydoll highlighter and the lip gloss I just bought today. Last time i went to Cosmetic in Uptown, my experience was mixed. Staff member S was rude — when I asked for a pad with cleansing liquid, she acted like she was forced to work, and I’ve seen other customers mention the same attitude in their feedback. However, Hailey and the rest of the staff are very caring, friendly, and helpful. If you need assistance, look for Hailey. Overall, the service depends on who helps you.

Terrible quality, bought my son a cute paw toothbrush, on the first brush he ended up with a mouthful of bristles. If I could give less stars I would! Very dangerous if he had swallowed! Not impressed with this store at all!

I had a frustrating and disappointing experience at this store while trying to purchase The Eve perfume ($39.90 AUD). My first time at this branch in Queen St The staff here is amazing, very helpful and friendly, she explains the products very well. I love W Cosmetic it’s where I buy my cushion foundations, Dr G products, and other Korean cosmetics and Japanese cleansers. Highly recommended
