Al Habtoor Polo Resort

I am writing this to warn future guests who plan on using the sports facilities at Al Habtoor Resort. Our stay was unfortunately ruined by a complete lack of organization and hospitality. We specifically arranged an early Sunday morning padel session through ISM Sports, who claimed to have the court booked for us. So close to being a 5star stay but unfortunately the little things spoilt what would have been a perfect stay. The hotel itself it beautiful and opulent. Very grand and tastefully decorated. The staff are very friendly and helpful whenever you ask for anything. However, some things really take the edge off what could be a 5 star stay otherwise. 1. We booked for people (2 adults 2 children) and paid for a room with an extra child bed. I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Cherry during check-in, and she truly made my day! From the moment I walked up, she greeted me with the most welcoming smile and a genuinely lovely personality. ​Cherry is incredibly helpful and accommodating; she handled everything efficiently while making me feel like a valued guest. It’s rare to find someone who balances professionalism with such a warm, pleasant attitude. She is a massive asset to the team—thank you, Cherry, for the wonderful start to my stay !

The hotel is very grand and spacious. It's very green with great fields and polo matches to watch! It's very quiet and nice! Great staff Islaam (from reception), Sunjoo and May from Horse and Hound were extremely nice! They made us feel welcome and they really catered to us the whole night! The only downside is that the single beds are very small and narrow in the double beds room. They charge for the extra cot which is usually complimentary in many hotels nowadays. Lastly, they forgot to do my room the whole day whereas there was no "do not disturb" sign on.
