We toured The Clara and ended up signing the lease the same day! Our tour guide, Cizo, was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions about the property. He really took the time to listen to our preferences and budget and showed us the best available options that truly matched what we were looking for. We’re new to the city and actually flew in specifically to tour apartments, so this decision was a big one for us. We recently toured The Clara and had a wonderful experience thanks to Quincie. She was warm, professional, and knowledgeable, and took the time to show us multiple units without ever rushing us. The property is beautiful, but Quincie truly made the experience exceptional. Highly recommend asking for her.
Amenities are great and floor plan + materials are well thought out. Concierge is amazing, shout out to Eric for making my move so smooth! Guest policy is strangely restrictive and EV charging is limited, while the clubhouse is expensive to reserve for 2+ persons. I’ve had experiences with management where some have not been the most eager to help, but Rob has been tremendously helpful. The Clara is overall pleasantly peaceful.

Amazing building . I just moved in and the concierge Eric made me feel right at home . He took care of my every need with caution and patience.Also The gym is special. I love the punching bags. And spa is perfect. I’m so glad I moved in to The Clara . To the leasing office thank you and to the concierge Eric cheers mate.
I just moved into The Clara this week and I’m very satisfied so far. The apartment has high-quality materials and Bosch appliances, and I love having a gas stove. The community amenities are definitely among the best in the Bay Area. The leasing office, especially Quincie, has been amazing — always friendly and helpful. One thing that needs improvement is the hallway carpet, which has noticeable stains and could use more regular cleaning. Overall, I’m very happy with my new home.
Think twice on your decision. Parking is absurd. “One to One” they called it, Santa Clara has a 2 car per household average. Very disappointing for friends and family who were looking for a high end place to live. And with your second car, you can spend $300/month to have valet services. The rules are strict while always adding more, an amenity that was told to us as always open and available, has now been locked down. The Gym and Spa were said to be 24/7 by our leasing agent, but no surprise when they they made a silent rule change that has the Spa locked at “10pm to 6am” or “11pm to 7am”.…
It was the best approach and the best apartment experience!!! We loved that Quincie took the time at the beginning to understand our needs and wishes. The apartment building it’s amazing, we love especially the Italian design kitchen. So much better than anything else seen before. The play area for the kids it’s adorable, also the salt water pool and definitely the best gym indoor and outdoor!! It was definitely the ONLY property with sauna and steam bath. This is definitely the most luxury apartment in the Bay Area and nothing comes even remotely close to it.
