I’ve had a great experience living at Zephyr Apartments. The management team is genuinely responsive and friendly maintenance requests get handled quickly and communication is clear, which makes day to day living easy and stress free. The building is consistently clean and well maintained, and the common areas are always in good shape. Unit (for ktown): 4/5 Parking: 5/5 Management: 5/5 This apartment balances comfortability and market prices, and I would be surprised to find other complexes in the area that can provide this much at this price level. The unit is modern and the common areas are clean (the gym and roof patio). A major plus is the relatively small amount of tenants, resulting in less noise and problems that would normally occur in adjacent area apt complexes. I’ve been living at Zephyr for over a year now, and I’m fully satisfied with my experience. The management team is very responsive and addresses issues quickly. The building is always clean and well maintained, which makes it a comfortable place to live. Having designated parking spaces is also a big plus. Overall, Zephyr is a great apartment community, and I would definitely recommend it.
EDIT: The phishy reviews since have been deleted. Will amend the review to where I feel the apartment is at now. Many props to William who has done an amazing job turning around this apartment complex. Updated Review: William is someone who I had the pleasure of working with at my last apartment. He has significantly improved the quality of life for us at Zephyr and addressed every macro issue we've encountered. The trash shoots sometimes gets blocked, the outside neighborhood is quite loud at night, sometimes neighbors, too. I've had an incident in the garage, and residents themselves or let the guest park in non-sanctioned parking spots or areas. Street parking is also impossible. I’ve really enjoyed living at this apartment complex. The staff and management are always friendly, responsive, and attentive to any needs or concerns. The location is perfect! Close to everything I need and super convenient. The only downside is the walls can be a bit thin, so you may hear neighbors even though they are just walking. Overall, it’s a great place to live and I’m very happy to call it home.
The management team has time to post updates but never seems to address or resolve the numerous issues raised by residents. I’ve been living here for five months now, and my experience has been nothing but frustrations. The primary concern I’ve encountered is ongoing noise disturbances, especially from the neighbor upstairs. I’ve lived at Zephyr apartments for nearly 2 months now and have had a great experience thus far. I moved from out of state and rented it site unseen. Admittedly, the immediate neighborhood (street) isn’t the greatest looking, but I don’t feel unsafe. It’s also changing with newer buildings being added. I love the walkability as well. So much available within a short walk. The Zephyr building itself is brand new and has great amenities: all new appliances, beautiful countertops, a gym, and gated garage.
