HOAs are supposed to work to make the community better. Unfortunately this HOA has left that obligation at the door. Fining families for children playing outside or at the pool. Stopping families from having guests with special reminders during the holiday season (Super Bowl is the only holiday with guests allowed to park). Tracking how many guests each home has and limiting the amount per day/month…etc. The HOA ignores the Florida homeowners bill of rights and is constantly harassing us with emails and “rule reminders”.
This is the worst neighborhood to live in south florida. They actively track your guests and limit how many you can have per month. Guess its a great place to live if you have no family or friends tho
The HOA will change rules with no homeowner votes. This includes when they decided to change the rules of how votes were done. They vote in private and don’t send out ballots to homeowners to have a say.
Worst place to live if you have a big family and you have more than two cars or people visiting you. There’s always complains about parking spots and the association are always changing the rules every week.

A great place to live
Great place to live. Everything is just a couple of miles away. good access to all state roads and highways.
Wonderful place, i Have been there for six months. We have good friendly neighborhood, evenings will be somewhat peaceful you can have a walk. Love to be there again, looking for any vacant or sale to move into this place.
