We bought a house from calbridge in feb since we took over we had problems after problems first day there was no hot water because they failed to connect water wires in breaker then the paint is chipping away every where not even a year this shows quality then now they put the grass in the backyard and front the back yard it is collecting water and they did not level it properly and customer service refused to send someone out and fix it the water is just sitting on top and not absorbing anything they cut short cuts
Updated: A good number of our trades day fixes were rushed and we are experiencing the same problems as we had before. Faulty doors were glued instead of replaced and have broke again after the warranty was up. Grout has continues to chip in lifted areas of tile in our bathroom. Numerous walls are showing drywall tape meaning that there was no proper layer of primer. It goes on... Calbridge will not accept that they were wrong and now it is our problem as the home owner. Make sure you get everything fixed to YOUR standard as a home owner, not the Calbridge standard if you don't want to deal…
I regret purchasing a home from Calbridge Homes due to the poor construction quality and lack of responsiveness from the builder. From the start, there were noticeable issues with the workmanship—uneven flooring, poorly installed fixtures, and subpar materials that do not reflect the price paid. What’s worse is the builder’s reluctance to address these concerns. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for repairs, their customer service has been slow and unhelpful. Issues that should have been resolved quickly have been ignored or dismissed.
I deeply regret choosing Calbridge Homes. The issues I’ve faced since taking possession in October 2023 are still unresolved to this day. It’s been over a year, and multiple items are still pending with no action taken by the builder. Despite numerous emails, no one is responding or stepping up to resolve these problems. After five months of possession, they finally cleaned the furnace, but the carpets, which were supposed to be cleaned as part of the full house service, are still untouched even after the furnace cleaning. The basement flooded during construction, and it hasn’t been cleaned…

Recently had a home built in Sage Hill and it was a great end-to-end experience with Steve, Angie, Remi, Dan, and the rest of the team! The team consistently approached my questions with both comprehensiveness & timeliness. I appreciated that they would make an effort to follow up and resolve any outstanding inquiries. The quality control was also notable with a detailed walk-through inspection of any potential concerns paired with a willingness to address them. I would say my overall experience has been fantastic.
Calbridge Homes were a delight to work with. Prompt response to any of our concerns. Everyone we dealt with was polite, knowledgeable and professional including all the trades. Pride of workmanship was evident from everyone we had contact with. This was not our first build but definitely one that we had no concerns over. We would have no hesitation in recommending Calbridge Homes.
