Favourite hotpot place in town. Good quality meat, good variety of choices (meat, veggies, sauces, etc) it even comes with a show (1 noodle dance, face mask change dance). Our server Steven was attentive, respectful and friendly, making sure our empty trays were taken care of, fat of the broth skimmed and we had enough broth throughout our meal. Can't recommend enough!
Our dining experience is very good! The dishes are fresh and the soup base has its own characteristics, especially the service is super good! The waiter Ray's service is super sweet! Give my children snacks after dinner! We are very grateful! We will definitely come again!
So good. Lots of choices. Even hair elastic to tie your hair, benches can store your jacket. They really thought of everything. When you order those handmade pull noodles it's confusing on their machine and it's unclear but you need to let your waiter know manually to place the order on top of ordering on the tablet. We didn't know, nobody told us so our entire meal passed and we wondered where it was. Really good hot pot, highly recommend!
It might have been an unlucky evening, but half of our food took 90 minutes to arrive. We had to constantly remind them that we were missing certain items, such as the vegetables, chicken and even a simple diet coke. Considering they ask that you leave in 90 minutes too, it was a funny and ironic situation - we would love to leave in 90 minutes, but can't if it takes 90 minutes for the raw food to arrive... If they perfected their system, I can see this place being great, but as it stands, our dining experience was very subpar.

A wonderful hot pot experience! The service was stellar! We didn't have a reservation, but we went early enough they found us a table right away. Highly recommend making a reservation if going at peak times. The food was great! There was so many options, it was a little overwhelming. Our waiter was very patient with us and explained the best options to choose for the best price. Everything was tasty and the spicy, numbing broth was definitely something to experience.
We had an amazing experience at Haidilao! The food was fresh, flavorful, and the broth options were incredible, my first time trying hotpot was absolutely a success! But what made the experience even better was our server Oliver, he was absolutely the best! Super attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. Thank you, Oliver, for the recommendation and for making our dinner so enjoyable! Definitely coming back ☺️
Big selection of fresh food options to cook in many different kinds of broth. It is pricy, but you get what you pay for. The steak and pork options all tasted good. We tried the tomato and pork bone soup bases. The tomato one was our favorite (maybe a little on the sweet side for our tastes) and the pork broth was light and tasted more delicate. There is also a sauce bar to make your own sauces with many fresh ingredients like garlic, cilantro, and homemade sauces. I had the ice cream for dessert and wifey tried their duck mousse. Staff is friendly and place is very clean. We liked that we…
The food is always excellent. The entertainment is good just a bit too much. The noodle show, well don’t like getting it tossed about and smacking my friend on the head, then start all over. Service is always great.
