The situation around the fountain area has become unbearable. The employees of Imkan offices have recently started gathering there in large groups and smoking everywhere — walking while smoking, sitting while smoking — the entire square is covered in cigarette smoke every evening. We live here. We paid a lot of money to have a comfortable environment, to be able to walk with a stroller without having to run around searching for a spot that doesn’t smell like an ashtray. This place has the worst finishing and quality of any apartment I’ve ever lived in. Since I moved in, the issues I have faced are: - whole apartment leaked and the whole floor was covered in water - mould all over the trash chute which has since not been fixed even after speaking to management, this is a serious health hazard - always a disgusting smell from the AC - the panel boards are peeling and the humidity is making them swell so much I don’t recommend that you purchase or rent here, we will be leaving as soon as our tenancy has finished.
I bought an apartment here, and overall the living experience is quite good. Parking downstairs is very convenient. The swimming pool, gym, and beach are all great. (There are occasional hygiene issues in public areas and some maintenance problems in the rooms, but fortunately, the maintenance service is free.)
Building 5 in the Pixel Community. For over seven months, the main entrance door has been broken, creating a security risk for all residents. Additionally, the building suffers from: • Severe mold on walls and ceilings, • Dirt and stains throughout common areas, • A damaged entrance to the parking area, • General neglect and lack of cleanliness. Despite numerous complaints, neither the developer nor the property management company have taken any meaningful action to resolve these issues. beautiful and perfect apartment's buildings and i like the swimming pool and reception everything is perfect
The tower itself is updated but quality is poor. Location and view is perfect. Very quite and Gym facilities is impressive. However all corridors doesn't have CCTV camera. Community management is very poor not effecient. Since we moved in they cannot even ressolve the garbage issue . Garbage is all over the floor of garbage room. It stinks a lot. Some tenants are irresponsible that they don't even bother to throw their garbage inside the chute, also housekeeping is cleaning only once a day. Sent multiple of email but they are just pointing each other telling they are not responsible for this.…
We bought a small unit in pixel and we enjoy to the fullest our experience to live in such an amazing place like pixel There's a lot of awesome facilities like swimming pools and private beach for residents, the gym also equipped with high- tech machines I highly recommend this place for everyone looking for unit in alreem island
