Sharing my 1 yr. experience living at Terra building 35. Beautiful apartment, quiet neighbors, very well-maintained property / outside areas / landscaping / pool. Very responsive office and maintenance staff. I appreciate the cleanliness and well-maintained workout facility and pool area. I have enjoyed the resident events and it's great way to build community at Terra! Please continue to do a great job keeping shared spaces clean and well-maintained. Thank you!
Had a lovely time with my friend, and former grade school teacher, at Terra Homes. I absolutely loved these homes, and especially the community room! Wish I could move on, myself, lol!
Travis and Zach Are amazing, they helped me each step of the way they were very informative. They had their best interest when it came to my needs. They were very patient. They were so kind first and foremost. I want to mention I am from Florida. I don’t see a lot of realistically luxury apartments here, however this specific location is unmatched. I recently toured Terra Luxury Apartments in anticipation of an upcoming move and had the pleasure of working with Travis. Both the apartment and the customer service were top-notch! I stopped by without an appointment, and Travis was super friendly, attentive, and really listened to what I was looking for without any pressure. The apartments are modern designed, high-quality finishes with superior common areas. Definitely worth checking out if you’re apartment hunting!

Tour Review: These apartments are beautiful and truly could sell themselves. I was fortunate enough to work with Travis while going on my tour and he was fantastic. I've gone on several tours and can honestly say that Travis was one of my favorite's in the metro area. If you are going through review trying to determine if this is a place for you, take the chance and go on the tour. It appears to be an amazing community.
Not only are these apartments gorgeous but the front desk staff is amazing! From the moment we walked in Travis made us feel welcomed and like we were already apart of the community. Just minutes into our tour and conversation with Travis we knew we wanted to call this place home. He was so transparent with us about everything, showed us multiple apartments, and took the time to make sure they could meet all our needs. My family and I recently moved into Terra and couldn’t be happier with the experience so far. The property is well cared for, the apartments are beautiful, and the entire staff has been welcoming and supportive. The property managers go above and beyond to make residents feel at home and have even been supportive of local businesses like mine, which really shows their commitment to the community. This place is incredible and Susan is absolutely wonderful! From the moment we walked in, Susan made us feel like we belonged. She was incredibly detailed, empathetic, and greeted everyone we passed on the tour as if she’d known them for years. The community itself is stunning – a luxury Olympic-size pool that feels like a resort, a one-of-a-kind gym in Louisville with amazing lighting and space, and an overall atmosphere that feels like home.
