Mise à jour 14 août 2025: sentinel gère très mal le building. J’ai découvert moi même après 3 années pourquoi ma Clim ne fonctionné pas alors que sentinel ne faisait que dire que c’était un problème dans mon unité et pas dans les communs. Au final c’est un bouton qui est au niveau des réceptionniste qui doit être remis en mode cool chaque jour…..

The building is actually very good, but the current management is not good at all. Customer emails were not answered and there was no speed in resolving tenant issues . What is worse is the inability of the administrative person to solve any problems faced by the tenants as quickly as possible. As well as not responding to customers according to the appropriate level of the building . The aesthetic appearance of the building does not matter, the most important thing is good treatment of the tenants, and this does not exist
Less than 300 square feet for such a huge price to live in a box. How could you invite friends to visit when your bed occupies 3/4 of the space? No thank you!

Belle immeuble, propre, les commodités sont vraiment top et les réceptionnistes au niveau ! Néanmoins j'habite un studio situé à côté de la chaufferie de l'immeuble inutile de vous dire que je souffre du bruit de la ventilation jour et nuit et ça bien sur la propriétaire a omis de me le signaler lors de ma visite. J'en ai discuté avec la gestion immobilière ainsi que la principale intéressée et chacun ce renvoi la balle ne souhaitant probablement pas assumer ! Aucun n'a tenté de me contacter pour m'expliquer la raison de ces bruits, ni me rassurer quant à une potentielle intervention ! Je…
Beautiful building with high quality construction and materials. Amenities are top notch and the views are to die for. You will not regret choosing a condo here!
The building is nice, but the ceilings are super thin. I can hear my upstairs neighbor knocking around at all hours of the night.
